A query entered in a search tool is sent to the outside company operating that tool. That company processes the request and supplies its results. Hancock County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

It publishes directions to Indiana MyCase, the Hancock County Clerk of Courts, and the county trial courts. Official record access is governed by Indiana's Access to Court Records Rules and, where applicable, the Indiana Access to Public Records Act in Indiana Code 5-14-3. Visitor information is not assembled into reports about other people. This private website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
