About Hancock County Court Docket

Hancock County court dockets and case records span Indiana MyCase, the unified Hancock County Clerk of Courts, and the three trial courts that schedule hearings and issue orders. This private reference brings those public routes together so a reader can identify the right official portal, counter, or phone line. It is not operated by a court or government agency.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana makes many nonconfidential court records available, yet the route depends on the task. MyCase presents public Odyssey case information. The Hancock County Clerk of Courts keeps the official files for Hancock Circuit Court and Superior Courts 1 and 2. Each court controls its own calendar. This site organizes those distinct roles, official links, case-number formats, and copy-request steps without claiming to replace the originating office.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to an Indiana court, the Hancock County Clerk, or any government agency. Its limits are clear:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages include a search box supplied by a third party. That provider runs its own service and sets its own prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this free reference. Hancock County Court Docket does not control the provider's charges, coverage, or results.
